sent my extremely distant cousin off.( my first time seeing him) he bought many filming equipments with him. expensive....

esplanade on wednesday

work was fun on wednesday. finished the surveys an hour and a half earlier (:
made friends with the guys working for the river taxi. they are awfully nice and funny. it seem more like a picnic rather than work. we were chatting and snacking away. the traffic counter was so head over heels over timothy!!! anyway i want to take a river taxi at night! the view is just superb!!!

i wanna watch Three Sisters by pappa tarahumara at Esplanade. its in may. anyone want to watch??

first day of work as a surveyor on saturday at marina bay.
i wouldnt say that its a nice job. its the type that keeps you moving all the time thats if you dont run off to some place to slack i laze around for like 3 hours plus. me and this other girl ended up taking pictures of the nice scenery (:
the people are extremely nice (: there's this group of ppl who's working for the boat tours and we ended up chatting.
i find it tiring because its under the burning sun. i was so sure my sweat could fill up a cup.
and the survey is 7 pages long. given singaporeans kancong spider nature who would stop to do the survey. hmm. its all right. at least next time i can include surveyor in my resume. i still wanna try different type of jobs.
and i surveyed this group of people who just finish watching phantom of the opera. just hearing them talk about it makes me so excited. i want to watch that too.

Dinner at Changi Village i love the barbequed stingray its yummy-licious
and the fried oyster egg is nice without the oysters hmm if you know what i mean. i dont like raw stuff. so icky.
Singapore's food is good. but its just way too oily! i think japanese cuisine is one of the healthiest in the world. say yay to sushi! yum.

during youth yesterday pastor steve showed us an article from straits timesi think. there's this little girl. yes she's really little.. she got pregnant at the age of 9. i was so shocked. how in the world is it possible. when i was 9 years old i was still running around in my teeny weeny shorts. i don't even know what's sex and how babies come about. yep. the articles says she got her period when she was eight. thats a little too fast i always thought the earliest is around 10 years old.
i don't think she knows much about condoms since she's so young i dont remember having sex education in primary three. the guy who got her pregnant ought to be kicked in the ass. how can he prey on such a young girl. Pedophile!! Pedophile!!

hello its been a long time. so much has happened and i really thank god for that. miracles do happen all you have to do is to have faith. i was overjoyed when i saw that grades and i knew that it had to be you. amen to that (:

i've made up my mind on where i wanna go and do. nus fass sociology. it seems really interesting. oh well its not much of a choice. i tell you MATH is important. so please take maths while you still can.

i think what stephan tay said is really true. its very important to be a good teacher else you'll be ruining people's lives. when i heard that i knew teaching will never be an option for me. i dont think i have the passion. thinking back i had quite a number of good teachers and i'm very thankful for that. in secondary school i had mr anwar. he's one who sacrifices a lot. i would never have made it to jc without his help on math and physics ( i'm a math idiot you see ). In sr there's nice teachers like tan kk and stephan tay that really helped us alot. haha i would say tan kk's a fatherly teacher ( haha i'm sure he'll be a gd father next time ). stephan tay's another nice teacher. i've always liked his lectures cos its full of humour and i'll never fail to hear somebody's name being called together with the other two. haha the 3 musketeers right?? hoho and of cos mark tan and his crazy dodo talk.

time to rant about unscrupulous cab drivers who whisk us off to some faraway place telling us its the shortest route. like hello..... i know singapore and its not my first time taking a cab. hrmpf! such a spoiler
