found this from the net...Also known as hyponatremia, water intoxication occurs when the body's sodium level falls below normal. Overdrinking dilutes the sodium in the bloodstream, causing the brain to swell and push against the skull. Symptoms include nausea, vomiting, weakness and, in severe cases, seizures, coma and death.WAH..... I really didnt know we can die from drinking too much water. thats kind of scary isnt it?
my uncle went to China and guess what... he came back with a picture of my great great great great grandfather and my very very great grandmother. there's also this book where all the yeows of the same line had their names recorded.so one day i'll have mine written in it too, but its all in Chinese the older type and otherwise i would be able to read what my very great grandfather wrote. i think thats very cool cos there's this section where he wrote a message for all the future yeows. hmmm!!! so cool. now i'm suddenly very interested in how my ancestors are like.
